Course Description: Concepts, techniques, and applications
of intermediate
Algebra and introductory
trigonometry emphasizing real world applica-
tions.
Interactive group exercises and traditional lecture-problem-solving
methods. CSU

Quizzes: There will be 4, possibly 5 “pop” quizzes
given.
There will be
no make up of missed quizzes. Quizzes
will be given at the
start
of the period.
Tests: Two tests and Final Exam will be given . Dates will be
announced in Class.

Attendance
Policy: Students missing two straight weeks of class without
notifying
the
instructor will be dropped from the
class.
