and provides a foundation for further study or a career in networking
technical
support or administration. It is recommended that
this course be taken before advanced
Microsoft

addition to the weekly readings in the text (required), there are
end-of-chapter questions, quizzes, and additional research, including

sites to check out and report on. Some reports will be in the form of
