Complete the sentences using the verb in parentheses in the present tense or the present progressive when appropriate.

It is seven o'clock in the morning. My wife and I (sit)  at the kitchen table. We (have)  breakfast. The coffee (be)   very hot, but we like to (drink)  it hot. My wife (eat)  two eggs, and toast with butter and jelly for breakfast. I (have)  scrambled eggs and a muffin.

My wife (work)  at a nursery school, and I (be)  a school teacher. Everyday, we (leave)  home early in the morning, and we eat a healthy breakfast before we go to work. We (eat, not)  eggs every day. Sometimes we (have)  cereal or fruit. We (work)  hard, but we both (enjoy) our jobs.

Tonight we (plan)  to go to the movies. Right now I (read)  the newspaper. I (want)  to find out what theater the movie (play)  in. I hope we have a good time tonight. We (enjoy)  going to the movies. We (go, always)  to the movies with our friends Martha and Pedro, but they (have)  a small baby, and the baby (not, feel)  well tonight. When we (go)out together they (call)  their neighbor Judy and she baby-sits for them. Judy is 15 years old. She (like)  to baby-sit because she can read a book while she (look) after the baby.
