Morris Bibliowicz teaches English as a Second Language, and Computer Studies at City College of San Francisco. He has been an instructor at CCSF since 1985. Mr. Bibliowicz grew up in Bogotá, Colombia where he finished his elementary and secondary studies. He subsequently studied in Jerusalem, Boston, and San Francisco. Morris Bibliowicz is a frequent presenter at the Technology Learning Center at CCSF, where he conducts workshops for fellow instructors in the area of computers and technology.
