The orientation is OPTIONAL, but I strongly recommend that you attend, especially if you are new to online courses.

 

When: 

Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Where: 
In Batmale Hall room 301 at City College of San Francisco, on the Ocean Campus, 50 Phelan Avenue.

How to get there: 

Nearby MUNI routes include: the 43, 36, 29, 15, 54, M, and K. Nearest BART station is Balboa Park.

This orientation will give an overview of:

                      • how to log in to your online course using Insight
                      • navigating Insight
                      • the course content,
                      • the weekly assignments
                      • submitting homework
                      • taking a test
                      • asking questions and "talking" with your classmates online
                      • what will be expected of you as an online student

                  Time will be set aside for your questions and we will all have a chance to meet each other.
