COURSE ANNOUNCEMENTS

Hlth 9A-831 is an entry-level class designed to help students prevent elder abuse and neglect. It focuses on raising awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the problem; alerting students to its signs and symptoms, and enabling them to intervene according to laws, policies, and professional standards .

Health 9A is an online class. That means that all of the reading assignments are online and students will have a chance to discuss what they're learning with their classmates and test their knowledge with online interactive exercises.The course is designed to take 4 weeks to complete, beginning on September 6, 2011 and ending on October 11, 2011. Final assignments will be due on October 18, 2011.
